The Welsh Menu
Autumn is upon us and those chilly mornings herald the arrival of some outstanding seasonal produce. Gather now and store for the winter is the order of the month and here at The Welsh Menu we’ve been doing exactly that, scouring the hedgerows for plump juicy berries and putting them to good use in jams and vodka!
We’ve also been to visit Caws Teifi to see how they produce their award winning artisan cheeses and hear more about plans for the new Da Mhile distillery.
