A simple yet delicious recipe from Jenny White using our featured producer, Carmarthen Ham
- 100g Carmarthen ham
- 100g mixed salad leaves
- 100 g Saint Agur cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 handful grapes
- 1 handful walnuts, toasted
- Dressing made from 1 part balsamic vinegar, 2 parts olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and toss so that the dressing covers the salad evenly.
- Serve with French bread or new potatoes.
