Carmarthen Ham Salad

A simple yet delicious recipe from Jenny White using our featured producer, Carmarthen Ham


  • 100g Carmarthen ham
  • 100g mixed salad leaves
  • 100 g Saint Agur cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 handful grapes
  • 1 handful walnuts, toasted
  • Dressing made from 1 part balsamic vinegar, 2 parts olive oil


  • Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and toss so that the dressing covers the salad evenly.
  • Serve with French bread or new potatoes.
